GReddy Oil Catch Tanks collect the oil, moisture and blow-by gases that cause carbon and sludge build-up in the intake system and engine to keep them clean even under the hardest driving conditions. When venting extreme crankcase pressures, the stock system cannot cope and the result is massive build up of pressure, constant burning of oil and detrimental engine performance. Venting this excess pressure to atmosphere would be extremely difficult thus an oil catch tank is used to collect oil vapour.
